Scalestack is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s not just great at building software—but at building teams and technical culture, too.

We’re looking for a seasoned engineer who can lead confidently across the stack—from designing scalable backends and crafting smooth user experiences, to mentoring teammates and setting a high bar for code quality and collaboration. This role isn’t just about writing code; it’s about shaping how we build at Scalestack.

As a key early hire, you’ll help lay the engineering foundation for a company that delivers high-impact software solutions—both for our clients and through our own internal product initiatives. You'll play a hands-on role in scaling our systems, infrastructure, and team as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive technical decisions across the full stack—from frontend architecture to cloud infrastructure.
• Design, build, and scale distributed systems that power real-world applications for thousands of users.
• Lead our CI/CD strategy and implement reliable, zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code in ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, and HTML/CSS.
• Design and manage both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for performance and scalability.
• Deploy and monitor cloud-native apps on AWS and Azure.
• Use Unix/Linux shell scripting to diagnose, automate, and manage production environments.
• Stay hands-on with new technologies—evaluating and integrating tools that improve performance, security, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance—raising the bar for the whole team.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams; shape and run Agile sprints, standups, and retrospectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of full stack development experience with a strong technical portfolio.
• Track record of leading engineering efforts and delivering reliable, scalable systems in production.
• Deep expertise in modern frameworks and languages—especially ReactJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Strong experience with infrastructure automation tools like Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based systems on AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communicator and mentor—you thrive on collaboration and helping others grow.
• Fluent in Vietnamese. English is a plus, but not required.

Những Gì Bạn Sẽ Làm

• Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng kỹ thuật toàn diện—từ kiến trúc frontend đến hạ tầng cloud.
• Thiết kế, xây dựng và mở rộng các hệ thống phân tán phục vụ hàng nghìn người dùng thực tế.
• Dẫn dắt chiến lược CI/CD và triển khai pipeline đảm bảo khả năng deploy không downtime.
• Xây dựng và duy trì hạ tầng với Terraform, Ansible, Docker và Kubernetes.
• Viết mã sạch, có thể mở rộng và được kiểm thử đầy đủ với ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS.
• Thiết kế và quản lý hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) và NoSQL (MongoDB) hiệu quả và tối ưu.
• Triển khai và giám sát các ứng dụng cloud-native trên AWS và Azure.
• Sử dụng shell scripting trên Unix/Linux để tự động hóa, xử lý sự cố và quản lý môi trường production.
• Luôn tìm hiểu và áp dụng công nghệ mới để nâng cao hiệu suất, bảo mật và trải nghiệm lập trình.
• Mentor các kỹ sư khác thông qua review code, pair programming và chia sẻ kỹ thuật—nâng cao chất lượng toàn đội.
• Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các nhóm sản phẩm và thiết kế; tham gia định hình và vận hành các sprint Agile hiệu quả.

• Kiến thức vững về thiết kế cơ sở dữ liệu, tối ưu hiệu suất và cấu trúc dữ liệu.
• Kinh nghiệm thực tế với hệ thống phân tán và triển khai cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và mentoring xuất sắc—bạn giúp cả đội phát triển tốt hơn.
• Thông thạo tiếng Việt. Biết tiếng Anh là điểm cộng nhưng không bắt buộc.
