Job Description
Scalestack is looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer with solid foundations across the entire stack—someone who's passionate about building great software and is always hungry to learn more.
We're not looking for someone who knows everything—we're looking for someone who has all the fundamentals in place and the drive to keep growing. You should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, and DevOps, and excited about deepening your expertise in each area.
As an early hire at Scalestack, you'll have real ownership over the software you build. You'll work on meaningful projects for our clients and on our own internal products—contributing ideas, solving problems, and growing alongside the company.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features across the full stack—frontend interfaces, backend services, and databases.
- Write clean, well-tested code in ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, and HTML/CSS.
- Design and work with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments across environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and help maintain reliable deployment processes.
- Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to deploy and monitor applications.
- Collaborate closely with the team on architecture decisions and technical problem-solving.
- Stay curious—continuously explore new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve your craft.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full stack development experience with solid fundamentals across the stack.
- Strong working knowledge of frontend development—ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
- Solid backend experience—building APIs, services, and server-side logic.
- Comfortable working with databases—both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and document-based (MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps fundamentals—Docker containers, deployments, and basic infrastructure management.
- A passionate, curious mindset—you're always learning, always asking "why," and always looking for a better way.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Fluent in Vietnamese. English is a plus, but not required.

Những Gì Bạn Sẽ Làm
- Xây dựng và duy trì tính năng trên toàn bộ stack—giao diện frontend, dịch vụ backend và cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Viết mã sạch, được kiểm thử đầy đủ với ReactJS, TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS.
- Thiết kế và làm việc với cơ sở dữ liệu SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) và NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Đóng gói ứng dụng với Docker và quản lý triển khai trên các môi trường khác nhau.
- Đóng góp vào pipeline CI/CD và giúp duy trì quy trình triển khai ổn định.
- Làm việc với nền tảng cloud như AWS hoặc Azure để triển khai và giám sát ứng dụng.
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với đội ngũ trong các quyết định kiến trúc và giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Luôn tò mò—liên tục khám phá công nghệ, công cụ và phương pháp mới để nâng cao kỹ năng.
- Tham gia review code, chia sẻ kiến thức và đóng góp vào văn hóa cải tiến liên tục.

- Thoải mái làm việc với cơ sở dữ liệu—cả relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) và document-based (MongoDB).
- Kinh nghiệm thực tế với DevOps cơ bản—Docker containers, triển khai và quản lý hạ tầng cơ bản.
- Tư duy đam mê, tò mò—luôn học hỏi, luôn đặt câu hỏi "tại sao" và luôn tìm cách làm tốt hơn.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt và chú ý đến chi tiết.
- Giao tiếp tốt và thích làm việc nhóm.
- Thông thạo tiếng Việt. Biết tiếng Anh là điểm cộng nhưng không bắt buộc.
